• Photo must be 2×2, color with a plain light or white background and show a full front view of face.

Airline ticket

• Please send a copy of your round trip airline tickets, itinerary or e-ticket.

Invitation Letter

• Your host must arrange for an invitation letter showing the number and the date of the visa issued by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs or any of its branches.

Dependents

• For spouses, a copy of the marriage certificate is required.

• For children, a copy of the birth certificate is required.

Business Letter: The letter must explain all of the following:

• Nature of business to be performed.

• Name and address of reference to be visited.

• letter should request Multiple Entries visa if required.

• Guarantee of return transportation and sufficient funds for the visit.

• The letter should be signed by an officer of the company other than the applicant..

Invitation Letter

• Your sponsor in Saudi Arabia must arrange an invitation approved by the Saudi Arabia Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

• The invitation must be addressed to the Saudi Arabian consulate in Washington DC.
