Passport

• Your passport must be signed and has at leat two empty pages for visa and valid for more than 6 months.

Photo

• Tow (2) photos are required.

• Photo must be 2×2, color with a plain light or white background and show a full front view of face.

Airline ticket

• Please send a copy of your round trip airline tickets, itinerary or e-ticket.

Invitation

• A letter from your host in South Sudan stating the purpose of your visit to South Sudan.

Former South Sudanese Citizens

• Please provide one of these documents:

  • Your former South Sudanese passport.
  • Birth Certificate.
  • Parents Former South Sudanese passport.

• The letter must explain all the following:

• Nature of business to be performed

• Name and address of reference to be visited

• This letter should request Multiple Entries visa if required

• Guarantee of return transportation and sufficient funds for the visit

• The letter should be signed by an officer of the company other than the applicant.

• A letter from your host or Company in South Sudan stating the purpose of your visit to South Sudan.

• Letter from your Department or Agency, stating the purpose of travel, dates of the trip, and contact person in South Sudan.
