Invitation Letter

• A letter from your host in Mozambique and should explaining:

• The relationship to the Applicant.

• Length of stay.

• Contact informations and the address where the applicant will be staying.

• If you are staying in hotel, please provide a confirmation letter from the hotel.

• Please send a copy of your round trip airline tickets, itinerary or e-ticket.

Business Letter:

• A letter of responsibility is required, to be typewritten on your company letterhead and addressed to:

• Embassy of Mozambique, Visa Section, Washington DC.

• The letter must explain all of the following:

• Nature of business to be performed.

• Name and address of reference to be visited.

• letter should request Multiple Entries visa if required.

• Guarantee of return transportation and sufficient funds for the visit.

• If Staying in a Hotel name and address of the Hotel must be given.
