Two (2) photos are required. Photo must be 2×2, color with a plain light or white background and show a full front view of face.

Airline ticket. Please send a copy of your round trip airline tickets, itinerary or e-ticket.

Invitation Letter

• Must be typewritten and notarized in the Republic of Congo.

• The name and address of the host in the Republic of Congo.

• The letter must be addressed to the Embassy of the Republic of Congo.

• Or, Hotel reservation.

• Letter of invitation on letterhead from a host company or organization in the Republic of Congo.

Business Letter. The letter must explain all the following:

• Nature of business to be performed

• Name and address of reference to be visited

• This letter should request Multiple Entries visa if required

• Guarantee of return transportation and sufficient funds for the visit

• The letter should be signed by an officer of the company other than the applicant.
