One (1) photo is required. Photo must be 2×2, color with a plain light or white background and show a full front view of face.

Airline ticket. Please send a copy of your round trip airline tickets, itinerary or e-ticket.

Bank Statement.

• A copy of the applicant's recent bank statement or evidence of adequate finance.

Business Letter: The letter must explain all of the following:

• Nature of business to be performed.

• Name and address of reference to be visited.

• letter should request Multiple Entries visa if required.

• Guarantee of return transportation and sufficient funds for the visit.

• The letter should be signed by an officer of the company other than the applicant..

Criminal Record.

• From local police certifying that the applicant has no criminal record.

• A letter of invitation must indicate host address in Bolivia.

  • Work Contract (French) sample or (Arabic) sample

  • "Engagement de recrutement" (sample)
