Passport

• Your passport must be signed and has at leat two empty pages for visa and valid for more than 6 months.

Photo

• Two (2) Photos are required .

• Photo must be 2×2, color with a plain light or white background and show a full front view of face.

Airline ticket

• Please send a copy of your round trip airline tickets, itinerary or e-ticket.

Invitation Letter

• An invitation letter from the host legally residing in Zambia.

  • The letter must stating:
  • Host name and address.
  • Length of stay in Zambia.
  • Purpose of visit

Minor Applicant

• A letter from the absent parent giving permission to travel or from both parents if parents are not traveling.

• Copy of minor's birth certificate.

• Visa application form needs to be signed by parents.

Application Form

Business Letter

• The letter must explain all the following:

• Nature of business to be performed

• Name and address of reference to be visited

• This letter should request Multiple Entries visa if required

• Guarantee of return transportation and sufficient funds for the visit

• The letter should be signed by an officer of the company other than the applicant.
