• All visa application must be made in person.

• All applicant will be interviewed at the Venezuela embassy or consulate.

• Passport

  • Your passport must be signed and has at leat two empty pages for visa and valid for more than 6 months.

• Photo

  • Two (2) photos are required.

  • Photo must be 2×2, color with a plain light or white background and show a full front view of face.

• Jurisdiction

  • Capitol Visa can assist you with your business visa only if you reside in:

  • DC, KY, MD, OH, VA and WV.

• Business Letter. The letter must explain all the following:

  • Nature of business to be performed

  • Name and address of reference to be visited

  • This letter should request Multiple Entries visa if required

  • Guarantee of return transportation and sufficient funds for the visit

  • The letter should be signed by an officer of the company other than the applicant.

• Invitation letter

  • Invitation letter from your host in Venezuela.

• Letter of incorporation

  • Copy of the sending company's Certificate of Incorporation.

• Application Form

  • Please complete and sign One (1) application form. (on the left Menu).

• Customer Information Form

  • All applicants must complete and submit the customer information form. (on the left Menu)
