Passport

• Your passport must be signed and has at leat two empty pages for visa and valid for more than 6 months.

Photo

• One (1) Photo is required .

• Photo must be 2×2, color with a plain light or white background and show a full front view of face.

Airline ticket

• Please send a copy of your round trip airline tickets, itinerary or e-ticket.

Bank Statement

• A letter or bank statement to show sufficient funds for travelers.

Visa Approval

• A Visa Approval from the Sudan Ministry of Foreign Affairs is required.

• The visa approval can be obtained on your behalf by your host or contact in Sudan.

Application Form

Business Letter

• The letter must explain all the following:

• Nature of business to be performed

• Name and address of reference to be visited

• This letter should request Multiple Entries visa if required

• Guarantee of return transportation and sufficient funds for the visit

• The letter should be signed by an officer of the company other than the applicant.

  • Letter from your Department or Agency, stating the purpose of travel, dates of the trip, and contact person in Sudan.
