• Passport

  • Your passport must be signed and has at leat two empty pages for visa and valid for more than 6 months.

• Photo

  • Two (2) photos are required.

  • Photo must be 2×2, color with a plain light or white background and show a full front view of face.

• Airline ticket

  • Please send a copy of your round trip airline tickets, itinerary or e-ticket.

• Invitation Letter

  • A letter from your host in Rwanda is required.

• Hotel Confirmation

  • Please provide a hotel confirmation, if you are staing in hotel.

• Application Form

  • Please Send Two Completed and Signed Application Forms. (on the left Menu).

• Customer Information Form

  • All applicants must complete and submit the customer information form. (on the left Menu)

• Passport

• Business Letter

  • The letter must explain all the following:

  • Nature of business to be performed

  • Name and address of reference to be visited

  • This letter should request Multiple Entries visa if required

  • Guarantee of return transportation and sufficient funds for the visit

  • The letter should be signed by an officer of the company other than the applicant.

• Invitation Letter

  • A Letter of invitation on letterhead from a host company or organization in Rwanda is required.

  • The letter must indicate the type of visa entries.

• Application Form

  • Please Send Two Completed and Signed Application Forms. (on the left Menu).

• Customer Information Form

  • All applicants must complete and submit the customer information form. (on the left Menu)

When Traveling To Rwanda with US Diplomatic or Official Passport, visa is not required.
