Passport

• Your passport must be signed and has at leat two empty pages for visa and valid for more than 6 months.

Photo

• Two (2) Photos are required.

• Photo must be 2×2, color with a plain light or white background and show a full front view of face.

Airline ticket

• Please send a copy of your round trip airline tickets, itinerary or e-ticket.

Invitation Letter.

• A Letter form Applicant stating the reason of visiting Qatar.

• A Letter from the host in Qatar stating the relationship with the Applicant.

Bank Statement

• A bank statement to show sufficient funds for travelers.

Application Form

• Please Send One (1) Completed and Signed Application Form. (on the left Menu).

• Make sure to print the application form in color.

Business Letter

• The letter must explain all the following:

• Nature of business to be performed.

• Name and address of reference to be visited.

• This letter should request Multiple Entries visa if required.

• Guarantee of return transportation and sufficient funds for the visit,

• The letter should be signed by an officer of the company other than the applicant.

• A letter from host company in Qatar.

• The letter must stating the length of stay, place of stay.
