Passport

• Your passport must be signed and has at leat two empty pages for visa and valid for more than 6 months.

Two (2) photos are required

• Photo must be 2×2, color with a plain light or white background and show a full front view of face.

Airline ticket

• Please send a copy of your round trip airline tickets, itinerary or e-ticket.

Invitation Letter

• An invitation letter from host in Guinea Republic.

• Or a letter from employer explaining purpose of the trip, reference to be visited, and guaranteeing financial support and return transportation for the applicant.

Application Form

• Please Send Two Completed and Signed Application Forms. (on the left Menu).

• Fill out and sign both copies

• This letter should request Multiple Entries visa if required

• Guarantee of return transportation and sufficient funds for the visit

• The letter should be signed by an officer of the company other than the applicant.

• The letter must indicate the type of visa entries.
